Enjoy with toon characters!
"Periodic Motion" is a PoserPython Script.
This script will give a periodic motion to parameter on selected actor.
The operation verification was done with Poser6J/7J on WindowsXP.
I don't check the operation with Macintosh.
For the damage by this script and a trouble, I do not bear all guarantee / responsibility.
How to use
- Select the desired actor(part) before starting the script.
- Select PeriodicMotion.py from script menu or script window.
---- Please refer to the manual for the addition button to the script window.----
- The window like following figure appears.
---- Japanese in the figure become a language that you use.---- - Click a button and change a value.
- Choose desired checkbox.
- Click a OK button.
Caution:Before starting this script save file, because it can not use UNDO.
Red numbers and rectangles are for next explanation.
Explanation of buttons and checkboxes.
1.StartFrame & EndFrame
The beginning frame and the end frame within the range to give the periodic motion are set.
As for an initial value of the StartFrame, a current frame number is set.
And the EndFrame is set a last frame number of the scene.
2.The setting of the wave pattern
These buttons set a wave pattern.
Unit of amplitude and offset value : inch(Rotation : deg. Scale : %)
Unit of step and phase : frame
About each effect, please refer to the following graphs.
3.x,y,z Transfer
Please select the parameter that wants to give the effect.
Unit of Amplitude and Offset are "inch".
4.x,y,z Rotation
Please select the parameter that wants to give the effect.
Unit of Amplitude and Offset are "degree".
5.x,y,z and All Scale
Please select the parameter that wants to give the effect.
Unit of Amplitude and Offset are "%".
6.Change the pattern of tween frames
The pattern within the set range of the frames (StartFrame & EndFrame) is changed.
When select "Pattern only", it does not change current key frame.
7.Overwrite
Current key frames are cleared before the periodic motion is set.
8.Attenuation, Increase, Random
These checkboxes change the Amplitude value.
9.All frames
This checkbox set "key frame" at all frames.
10.Cosin wave, Abs Sin wave, Saw wave
These checkboxes set each wave pattern.
